In my life I have made many many gyoza’s, because everybody loves them, including me & kids. A Japanese friend of mine taught me how to make them and showed it is a nice activity to do with kids. Since more and more people go through life without meat, I wanted to try a vegetarian version and I think they turned out pretty good!
Ingredients
- Gyoza skins
- Mushrooms
- Carrots
- Spring onion
- Chinese cabbage
- Salt & pepper
- Garlic
- Soy sauce
- Sesame oil
- Ginger
- Sake
