Power Coconut Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • Oatmeal (or oat flakes)
  • Almond milk (or coconut milk)
  • Grated coconut
  • Chia seed (optional)
  • Lin seed (optional)
  • Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries or other berries

Directions

  1. Very slowly cook oatmeal with milk. Make sure there is enough milk so oatmeal will not burn.
  2. Add grated coconut and seeds
  3. Cook until milk is more or less condensed (approx 15 min)
  4. Add berries
  5. Eat!
