Ingredients
- Oatmeal (or oat flakes)
- Almond milk (or coconut milk)
- Grated coconut
- Chia seed (optional)
- Lin seed (optional)
- Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries or other berries
Directions
- Very slowly cook oatmeal with milk. Make sure there is enough milk so oatmeal will not burn.
- Add grated coconut and seeds
- Cook until milk is more or less condensed (approx 15 min)
- Add berries
- Eat!
