This is a ‘always good’ dish. It takes approx 15 minutes and is full of good stuff. An excellent source of high-quality protein, vitamins and besides that wellknown for omega-3 fatty acids, which is, among other things, good for skin. Definitely a pretty, healthy, fast dish! Yamster!
