This salty cheese works really well with fruit and the mint completes it.<\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Halloumi (1 pack for 2 a 3 people)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Couscous (approx 100 gr per person)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 Pomegranate<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Mint<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Cucumber<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Lemon<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Olive oil<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Pepper &amp; salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3><\/p>\n<ol class=\"instructions\">\n<li class=\"instruction\">Boil water<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Put the couscous in a bowl and cover with boiled water.
